Set sail for five days exploring the beautiful Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Formentera aboard Pressure Drop, a Balance 526 built for performance and adventure. This passage blends hands-on sailing with the laid-back island lifestyle, think turquoise anchorages, hidden coves, and long summer evenings on the water watching the sunset. Spend your days sailing between stunning anchorages, swimming in the crystal clear blue waters, or adding even more excitement with the optional Watersports Package featuring kiteboarding, wing foiling, and tow-foil sessions in some of the Mediterranean’s most scenic bays.

Launch Like a Pro:
Learn how to launch and land safely from both boat and beach. These are essential skills for enjoying wind sports in the real cruising world. We’ll teach you techniques that work across a wide range of boat setups, so wherever you go next, you’ll have the confidence to get on the water and make the most of your gear. -
We’ll shape our route around the weather, wind and your vibe, but possible highlights include:
Espalmador Island (Formentera): turquoise shallows, serene lagoons and white-sand beaches perfect for swimming and foiling
Cala Jondal (Ibiza): a lively bay with relaxed beach clubs
Es Vedrà: sail past Ibiza’s iconic rocky outcrop and enjoy the island’s wild, natural side
Cala Albarca: A secluded bay surrounded by dramatic cliffs and pine forests
Santa Eulària: A coastal town with a relaxed marina, waterfront cafés, and charming local shops
Isla Tagomago: A protected marine area with crystal-clear waters, perfect for snorkeling, paddleboarding, and watching the sunset
Cala Sant Miquel: A sheltered bay and a relaxed village atmosphere
Benirràs: Famous for its sunsets and bohemian energy, this cove comes alive in the evenings with music and drumming on the beach
Each day brings a mix of sailing, exploring, and downtime to enjoy life on the water.

Late July in the Balearics offers warm temperatures 82–88°F (28–31°C), light to moderate winds (8–15 knots), and warm water around 78°F (25°C). Expect long days of sunshine, calm seas, and reliable sea breezes, ideal for both sailing and watersports.

Fly in and out of the Ibiza Airport (IBZ), located on the island of Ibiza in the Balearics.
Dinghy pickup will depend on current weather conditions, thus we will coordinate the approximate location prior to your arrival day. However the island is small and taxis are plentiful!
Please book local accommodations for the evening prior to and after our planned departure / arrival. Flexible bookings are always preferred, though we do our best to depart and arrive on schedule.
You have the option to spend the night onboard before and/or after, if you wish. This includes dinner and a light breakfast, with arrival after 4pm, and departure at 9am.

Our prices are all-Inclusive, meaning we cover all costs once onboard. We provide all meals, snacks, refreshments, and evening sundowners. However, we do not cover your transportation to and from the program and any meals/drinks ashore. We also pickup any mooring or docking fees. Just get to us and we will take it from there!
